How do I log in to my account?

You can manage your subscription and account details by logging in here. (First time setup is sent via an email - search "Ai Read to Me" and check spam folders.)

Once logged in, go to your specific soundcast and/or your account to view and adjust your subscription.

On the app, you can manage your subscription by tapping on the three bars in the upper left corner, and then going to "Subscriptions."

If you signed up via a free trial, you will be charged once the trial period is over; however, you can cancel at any time.

How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

Sleep stories are designed for relaxation and sleep, featuring a single narrator with a calm, soothing voice and a slower pace. They are designed to help you unwind, and we also offer versions with music and rain sounds. In our store, they have "Sleep Story" in the title.

Full-cast audiobooks, are immersive readings where each character has a different voice, bringing stories to life in a dynamic way. These are ideal for an engaging listening experience rather than sleep-focused relaxation. In our store, they have "Full Cast" in the title.

What is the difference between sleep stories and full cast audiobooks?

We offer a collection called the Sleep Stories Bedtime Collection. This is a playlist of our sleep story excerpts, in one collection/playlist. This includes our full collection of bedtime stories, which some listeners may be familiar with from our podcast series.

Where can I find short sleep stories like on your podcasts?

Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download a track when you have internet access and you can listen to it anywhere you go.
